• Generated approximately $10,000 in revenue during a few weeks
• High profit margin due to low development costs
• Currently transitioning from development to sales and marketing phase

The project originated from the author’s long-standing interest in real estate SaaS products, with development temporarily paused to focus on strategic planning. The team acknowledges challenges in the sales and marketing aspects of bringing the product to market.
